Owner Dr John Davis, a former oil geologist, uses his knowledge of rock and soil formations to ensure his vines develop the best fruit possible. Unlike any other winemaker, John core drills all his vineyards and uses this information to plot his land. He identifies patches to establish vines that create unique parcels of wine.
